The Georgia Tech Team Store is committed to your satisfaction; our policy allows for returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase with original tags attached. Please note that custom jerseys and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in a secure box or mailer, ensuring all original tags and the packing slip are included to expedite the inspection process.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
